Annual Exhibit of Adult Students’ Art
For over 10 years, adult students from The Arts of Great Falls School have submitted their original art for an exhibit with their peers in the gallery. The show is juried, and awards given for 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place and Honorable Mention. The annual Adult Student Art Show tradition continued safely through COVID and remains into 2023!
Eligibility & Submissions
Any adult student who took a class or workshop in 2022 can participate. Up to 2 pieces may be submitted. See all requirements below.
Schedule
Exhibit Dates: Saturday, April 1-April 26
Open Hours: Saturdays 10am-2pm (except April 22) and Wednesdays 1pm-4pm
AWARDS RECEPTION: APRIL 7, 6-8pm
DROP OFF ART (up to 2 pieces)
Sunday, March 26, 4:30-6pm OR
During any classes Monday, March 27-Friday, March 31

PICK UP ART
Sunday, April 30, 4:30-5pm OR
During class Wednesday, April 26-Tuesday, May 2
Please pick all pieces up not later than Sunday, April 30.
Contact us at school@greatfalls.org for a different pick up day
Art Requirements
-All work must be framed or a gallery wrap canvas, ready to hang with a wire on the back approximately 1/4 of the way down from the top (so hooks do not show).
-Drawings must be mounted on black card stock (available at Michael’s).
-Students must have taken a class with The Arts of Great Falls School in the 2022.
-Work created outside of class is permitted but must be original not a copy.
-Size limit 16″ x 20″ unframed (or sq. footage equivalent).
-Work submitted may not have been entered in a previous student exhibit.
Tag Info on the back should include the following-
1). Title of the piece
2). Your name
3). Medium (E.g., oil on canvas, pastels on paper)
4). Price (if it is for sale) or NFS (if not for sale)
5). Instructor and class or workshop name in 2022
