A studio space is available in The Artists’ Loft (above Great Falls Creamery) in Great Falls Village Centre. The 13.5′ x 9′ space and a half studio has several walls for hanging art and lots of space to set up an easel or work table. It is the first studio inside the door with light from the door and a dormer window. There is a utility sink for cleaning brushes and a hallway restroom.
The rent amount is $299 a month to complete the current lease term through February 28, 2021. Then a new sublease of $399 runs for 2 more years through February 28, 2023.
