Summer 9b – Teen Manga Anime-Style Drawing

In this Manga (Japanese Anime) camp, teen students will be starting at the top, drawing the head and eyes in particular and then learning different hairstyles. Then, they will create great bodies with cool ways to put clothing on, and practice drawing hands and feet.
About the Artist Instructor: Michela Mansuino finished “graduate school” at Studio Incamminati, an Atelier for the study of humanist realism, in June 2017. Her awards are numerous, including the Maggie Price and Jack Richeson Scholarship Award, the Studio Incamminati Scholarship Award, and the D. Colman Witte Scholarship. Michela holds a teaching fellowship at Studio Incamminati and continues to teach at The Arts of Great Falls School bringing the graduate school instruction to her youth students. website
