Judy Heiser teaches abstract painting classes at The Arts of Great Falls. She paints with a contemporary pallet of mixed media. Heiser’s trademarks are her bold brush work and sweeping strokes of vibrant colors applied – often with a pallet knife. She’s an action painter whose art is suffused with vitality.  Images are a whole body exercise in storytelling where formal innovation and fearless explorations of foreseen balance and beauty in nature evoke wonder. Heiser studied fine arts at Corcoran College of Art and Design and the Alexandria Art League.  Her works have won several awards and can be seen on exhibit in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
