After five days of painting all around Great Falls, 22 artists submitted 39 paintings. Judge Bethanne Kinsella Cople chose the winners as did the people for $1000 in prizes [sponsored by Celebrate Great Falls Foundation] were announced at the Awards & Collectors reception.
